Stress can be small, but it can also completly consume you. Without it, we’d be so much more productive. So follow these 7 little steps and see what works. Everyone is different, so not everything will help, but once you figure out what does, you’ll get a lot more done.
ORGANIZE Wether it be tackling a small or large project, feeling organized can help you get more things done, and help you eliminate stress.
EXCERCISE Anything that gets you moving, from yoga to going for a run, can make a huge impact on your level of stress. Humans were made to move so go get some fresh air to clear your mind.
READ Nothing like escaping the world and cozying up with your favorite book.
MUSIC Both playing music and listening to music can help you let go and relax. With heaphones, you can de-stress practically anywhere.
TV Open up a new tab and watch your favorite tv show or youtube chanel. Sometimes taking a break to do nothing is the perfect de-stress method (Or at least I like to think so)
ART Do a little watercolor or get out your notebook and draw oodles of doodles. You don’t have to be an artist to love to draw.
SLEEP The simplist and yet most overlooked way to beat stress is sleep. The more rest you get each night, the better you’ll handle each day, and the more relaxed you’ll feel.
I personally like to listen to music and paint, but watching some youtube isn’t so bad either. Sometimes it feels like wasting time, but you’ll find that if you take breaks to de-stress, you will actually get more stuff done.
